Being diagnosed with Hashimoto's, an autoimmune disease, forced me to figure out how to be an advocate for myself. I was left hopeless with the doctor's diagnosis. Thankfully, I decided to take ownership of my health. In my research, I learned how powerful FOOD is in either aiding health or aiding disease in my body. This is why I designed this course.
